Everything at the pharmacy is great. People are kind and I’ve never had a long wait. I am fairly new, but my experience has been excellent and the fact that I can get my more expensive drugs through them is a lifesaver.

These pharmacists and technicians, first of all, are working ALL on a volunteer basis, for free, to give you FREE medicine, so please don't be upset about the wait times! Secondly, they keep better records at Charitable Pharmacy and know me and my health issues better than any of my doctors do. I went there for years (need to go back) and they have saved my life for years. The first time you go, prepare yourself for a super long wait, and everytime thereafter, still prepare yourself for a bit of a wait, but remember, these people truly care about you and are taking THEIR time saving YOUR life, the lives of strangers!
