Chapel Street Dental

I came in today in severe pain and they were able to squeeze me in. The staff was pleasant, the nurse was very helpful, and the doctor was patient and took the time to explain my X-ray clearly. I truly appreciated the care and compassion. Highly recommend.

I've had good experiences in the past at Chapel St. before, specifically with the Dentist that did an excellent job fixing my front tooth, but today (1/30/26) was a completely different story. The Dental Assistant that cleaned my teeth did well until it came to a small calculus build up on my wisdom tooth. This, I might add, is also a wisdom tooth that does not give me any pain (as well as the 3 others I still have). I asked the Dental Assistant did she scrape the tooth after the cleaning to which she replied, "Yes," but after I checked in the mirror, the build up was still there. She later ignored me when I returned to the waiting room. Terrible experience this time around.

I absolutely love Chapel Dental! Coming from someone who is petrified of the dentist, I can honestly say this office has completely changed my experience. Every single staff member is so kind, patient, and respectful. Dr. Rakmanov is truly amazing — he helped me through my anxiety with such care and compassion. I came in with so much pain, and the way he took care of me was beyond what I expected. He made me feel safe, listened to, and genuinely cared for. I can’t thank him and the Chapel Dental team enough!

Absolutely amazing! 🤩 My appointment was for 9 am. I got my cleaning and they were able to fill my cavities all in the same day. I do have to go back one more time but it makes sense not getting too much work done in one sitting. I waited 30 minutes in between but had the time and scheduled it that way. I am so pleased with the dentist attentiveness. He took the time to ask me questions and answer my questions. He was so kind and respectful. He didn’t treat me like a stranger and was sincere. During the procedure- he applied numbing gel- he shook my cheek to easy the pain of the needle and went easy on the Novocaine. I like how he didn't over use it- it wore off pretty quickly and my lips weren’t going sideways 😆 I didn’t feel like I was gonna bite my tongue or chew my cheek - for one too

I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was professional, friendly and polite. Dentists make me nervous but I felt at ease.
