I love Townsend orthodontics for several reasons. When I arrived at Dr. Townsend’s office as a military child, I was arriving having already had two orthodontists from two different locations over a period of almost four years and nothing but a complicated mess to show for it! My jaw and teeth presented a unique challenge, including a cross bite, missing teeth, and false alignment, that Dr. Townsend happily rose to. The doctor himself is friendly, generous, and detailed. He takes time to get to know each and every patient, parent, and sibling. He’s also very generous; he gave my family discounts realizing that we had already put so much into braces paying for three girls at once. I had my braces done through Dr. Townsend. Not only was I really happy with the results of my teeth, but him and his staff provided a wonderful experience for me throughout the process. They were always friendly, addressed any concern I had, and even followed up with me after I had already gotten my braces off. I would highly recommend anyone to his office!

I have had many years of service with Townsend Orthodontics. My first experience with Dr. Townsend was with my two sons when they were teenagers. Dr. T. and his staff treated them with kindness and respect. I can honestly say that Dr. T.'s expertise made two young mens' smiles perfect. Then it was my turn. I thought I wanted partial work done on the teeth that bothered me the most. Dr. T. took the time to explain the process and he eased my anxiety about the treatment. Again, the whole staff are a group of pleasant, caring professionals who welcomed me for each visit and were eager to help in any manner possible. My Twins have received treatment from Dr. Townsend, and we have been extremely happy with him....and his entire staff. They are friendly, professional, and have been very helpful working with us to make payments affordable, as having twins in braces at the same time has been challenging! They got their braces off in October, and they look FABULOUS!
