I went to this doctor for a Pap smear and I complained lumps in my breast which doctor CHAO sent me to go get an ultra sound for, we scheduled a follow up appointment 4 weeks after to go over the results. The day of the results appointment the receptionist called me 3 hours before the appointment to let me know that my insurance had changed, which it did, and she was going to see if the doctor would just give me a curtesy call for the results. The doctor did not call at my scheduled appointment time, I call them 20 mins before closing and had complained about the fact that the doctor did not call. The receptionist gave me my results and said I did have cysts and to do a follow up with another ultrasound in 6 months. 2 weeks after that phone call doctor CHAO randomly calls me, didn’t verify

If I could give no stars I would...I Went for a checkup almost the end of my pregnancy and Dr.Chao was very INSENSITIVE he got mad at me for something I couldn't control and then after that he was being very rough the nurse told me it was supposed to be a around the edges swab and it was not it got put in to uncomfortable lengths then yanked out so hard it felt like something torn then he so rudely added I don't know why It hurt, I have social anxiety so I didn't say anything about how it felt other than Ouch. As well as in the beginning the nurse asked if I wanted to have my dilation checked for the first time and I said yes and it was never done and I only have a week left till I have my baby. I called the doctors office and because it is a Private practice I can not report this I don't

The front desk staff is very helpful and as accommodating as they can be given what they are able to do for patients. Absolutely would not book any appointments with Dr. Chao. IF he doesn't reschedule your appointment, expect to sit in the waiting room for at least a half hour. He only seems to work one week out of every month and planning a appointment months is advance is pointless because he will just have his staff call to cancel a week before your expected visit. You will waste more time trying to keep a booked appointment than actually getting any medical service provided by the "doctor."

5 stars to the care of the OB/GYN provider. 0 star to the administrative care the staff provided. I came in for the regular annual exam check and asked for routine preventative labs back in March. It is September now; they still haven't resolve any coding issue between the office and Lab Corp. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL FOLLOW UP. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR INSURANCE PREMIUM JUST FOR AN OFFICE STAFF TO SUBMITT THR WRONG CODE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR THE SERVICE THAT SHOULD HAVE COVERED 100%?!
