Change Your Pace, LLC Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

I have been going to George for near a year now, and plan on continuing going to her to get my issues fixed. I cannot say enough good things about this therapist. She has been helping me get better with my medical issues. She is just an excellent therapist. HIGHLY recommend her. 10+ stars.

I booked a massage because I am experiencing tightness in my back. My massage therapist, Stephen, did an excellent job listening to my needs and focusing on my trouble area. This was my first time with a male therapist, so I greatly appreciated how respectful and professorial Stephen was through the whole process. Afterwards, he even took the time to explain the muscle anatomy to me and give me tips on stretches I could try. I will definitely schedule with Stephen again!

Audrey was amazing and thoughtful. First time a therapist explained the muscles need time to allow them to get 'untangled'. I would strongly recommend her and Change of Pace.

This is an outstanding group of talented and professional massage therapists. I get regular massages and I have never not had a great experience. Highly recommended

I've been seeing Stephen here for a few years now and I never want to go anywhere else. He does a wonderful job of feeling out which muscles need extra attention and using various techniques and varying pressure to work out the most stubborn knots.
