Kindness and care that truly stand out I had an excellent experience at Chandler Valley Urgent Care Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff showed genuine kindness and compassion. They didn’t just rush through the visit—they took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable. The team worked efficiently while still showing real care, which is rare to find. You can tell they value people, not just patients. I left feeling cared for and reassured, and I’m incredibly grateful for how they handled everything. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, compassionate care with a personal touch.

NO CARE, if you have money and time to waste come here. If you need good health care do more research and find a provider that actually cares about your concerns and spends more than 1 minute with you. So disappointing when you see your loved ones not feeling good and they have to deal with a doctor Trang that just wants to make a few hundred bucks and move on.. no care for patients or ethics. Forget filing a complaint he owns the practice and even if they had complaint forms there would be no follow up. They land in the trash, just like the care he has for patients.. Offer better care or choose a different career path please!!!

Do NOT come to this urgent care, especially in an emergency. I am pregnant and came in experiencing severe dizziness and tachycardia. I only needed a quick blood pressure check to determine whether I needed to go directly to a hospital ER. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and showed zero empathy. My husband explained that I am already a patient at this location and that they had all my information and insurance on file. Our insurance had recently renewed, and while my husband was actively searching for the new policy number in our email, he repeatedly asked the receptionist if they could at least check my blood pressure. She refused every single time, with a very dismissive and arrogant attitude, showing no concern for a pregnant patient who was clearly unwell. Because of

After 4 weeks, 4 different doctors, a CT scan, 2 ultrasounds and a lot of unanswered questions, who else is there to save the day but Dr. Treng. Dr. Treng was the only Doctor of the 4 who was able to detect my health issue based on a physical examination alone.
