They are always so thorough, x-rays are very comfortable and efficient, the hygienists are friendly and effective - my teeth always feel so clean after and the doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. My experiences here for the past 4 years have always been great. Another thing my husband and I love about this place is that they are upfront and transparent about the price! They go over the price with you, what your insurance will cover and what your out of pocket will be BEFORE they do any procedures, so you don’t have to anxiously wait to see how much it will be. We love it here!

I've been coming to CMD for the better part of 4 years. I am a tough patient because I need a lot of TLC, even for cleanings. I also like to ask a lot for questions about my treatment and finances. The team here is helpful and always willing to talk to me about anything. Oscar the hygienist is wonderful and I am thankful for his gentle hand and soft demeanor. I've had oral surgery here more than once and each time the experience has been as pleasant as it possibly can be for oral surgery. All in all, great experiences here!

Dr. Armstrong is knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. My hygienist, Oscar Montemayor, is fantastic. He’s gentle, attentive, and does an amazing job making cleanings comfortable while still being very thorough. Bobby, the dental assistant, is equally great. He’s friendly, efficient, and helps everything run smoothly from start to finish. What really sets this office apart is the team. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and respectful of your time. Dr. Armstrong, in his relaxed but extremely attentive detail and caring nature for his patients, made getting a new crown and inlay literally a piece of cake! Ari, the D.A., was on the spot every minute to help accomplish the work efficiently. Aside from the necessary prepping, drilling and all the things that accompany procedures such as these, PATIENT COMFORT was their top priority. From entering the building with their welcoming smiles to walking the journey with the patient and checking out, Chandler Modern Dentistry is the best. Their equipment is top of the line making lengthy Dental appointments a thing of the past. I recommend CMD to everyone; young and old alike, those in a hurry and those who enjoy dental appointments. Rayne, the receptionist, might want to revisit some etiquette training in how clients are spoken to. Professionalism isn't just scheduling appointments, it's tone, respect and knowing how not to sound annoyed by the people paying your bills. The overall quality of customer service here has taken a noticeable dive. What once felt organized now feels careless and the first impression sets the tone for everything else. Because of this, Rayne just lost this dentistry a long-time client. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of dental offices that understand courtesy isn't advanced education...it's the basics. Unfortunately, those basics seem to have been skipped here.
