Chandler Family Dentistry - Warsaw

From the beginning, I received excellent service. I had a broken tooth and called for an emergency appointment, and they were very helpful; they gave me the appointment for the next day. I went to the office in Bruges by mistake, and to my surprise, it was closed. When I called, they told me my appointment was actually at the Warsaw office. I misunderstood and thought I had lost my appointment, but I hadn't! They told me they could still see me the same day at the other office, which made me very happy. When I arrived at the Warsaw office, everyone was very kind to me. I received great care, and Dr. Chandler took the time to explain everything I needed. She is very gentle and kind. Thank you, everyone

Consultation with Dr Chandler: very informative and complete. She gave me a printed estimate for the work needed. Dr Chandler examined my teeth, gums, etc thoroughly. I feel she is very capable. The first visit was for x-rays and a consultation. I went back the following week for a cleaning. Katherine did an awesome job and took great care! Highly recommended! I do have more work to be done and am waiting to decide on an option.

Dr. Chandler and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. I had some complex dental issues, and she came up with a creative plan based on highest treatment priorities that fits within my budget. So glad she has offices on the Northern Neck! Highly recommended.

This is the most thorough examination I have experienced, ever. Dr. Chandler employs the latest imaging technology with much skill. Her review of my medical history (as a new patient) was well focused upon potentially relevant issues and the discussions were productive. As the result, I now have a written treatment plan, with anticipated costs, which we will pursue early in 2026. She has my confidence and highest regard as a provider of dental services.

Best dental practice ever. Thorough is an understatement. You are in superbly talented hands - whether it's for regular cleaning or for skilled and precise repair. The whole team is tops. Update Feb 2026 - Yep, I still think this is the best dental care I've ever gotten—anywhere. From Kathryn (who doesn't miss even a microscopic spec of tartar) to Dr. Chandler to the front office team, they are all the best. If you need a great dentist backed by a great team, look no further.
