Chandler Drug

Copeland’s Chandler Drug is an absolute JOKE. The pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. They look up your insurance without telling you, and they do not get prior permission from you before charging. I am usually a small business supporter, but this one is 100000% NOT WORTH IT. 0/10 recommend. Go somewhere else.

I normally dont do this especially to hometown business BUT this place has gone down hill in the last 2 years the pharmacy techs or the women behind the counter is extremely rude and aggressive ill NOT be back! Now the lady that runs the register is very sweet! It also seems like getting medicine filled here has became extremely expensive and they like to Blame it on your insurance! No its not my insurance ! For example they wanted to charge me $45 for heart medicine when its always been $10! Ill start using walgreens from now on! Ear drops this place wanted to charge me $96! And walgreens was $16! You have lost a loyal customer! You need to have your lady's working behind the counter in check with their attitudes!

They at least have our presquiptions ready when we need them!! Better than Walgreens!

This is the only pharmacy I have used for over 42 years. They are a locally owned home town pharmacy and the staff is the best you could ask for. I highly recommend using them for all of your prescription needs and they also do home delivery or will bring your prescription to the car for you.
