I had a fantastic 90-minute massage at this salon and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve experienced. The therapist was very skilled — she found and worked on all my painful trigger points perfectly, released so much tension, and even adjusted/aligned everything so well that I felt like my “bones were put back in place.” I walked out feeling completely renewed and pain-free. Highly recommend the massage itself — 5 stars for the technique and results! The only downside was the tipping expectation. The service cost $90, but they strongly suggested/expected a $30 tip (that’s 33%), which felt quite high compared to the usual 15-20% standard in the US. If you need a firm massage, this the place to go. I have tight muscles and they work the kinks out. Softer or harder they will comply. I get facials at Burke Williams and massages here. I don’t get the haters. After a lifetime of massages, I’ve never been anywhere better. Standing on me really helps. They can also do it by hand. At $90 for 90 minutes and a $30 tip, it’s a bargain! A terrible place. At first, they asked me to pay at the door, which is okay, but after massage, before I even got to the reception, two women were running after me, asking for a tip, and then they forced me and made a face. I barely got away from them and left the place very angry. The cleanliness isn't the best either.

The massage was above average and the facility was clean. Cost reasonable. Their were Homeless outside the area. Where my issue was is tipping. For a $60 massage they expected a $20 tip. I took my son and daughter together. Their was a sign, to suggest, but the expectation was as if it was minimum standards, to tip 33.33%. I gave $50 for the three of us, which is $16.66/massage. They frowned. I didn't even know how my kids service went. Honestly it did turn me off, on them

Ask for Jenny she got the best hands and feet & when I say feet because you will feel a lot of it on your body. I usually get grossed out quick especially when a strangers bare feet are on my bare body but for whatever reason it felt so good I didn’t mind one bit to be rubbed by a foot on my neck. Obviously she asked me if I felt comfortable to be walked on before we started. I booked my next appointment after my massage was done. That’s how good it felt :) super clean place and very welcoming staff.
