Chambersburg Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

The nurses were very pleasant.My mom seemed to be happy in a good mood. Staff was helpful in helping us find my mom's location as well as a family friend. Our visit was uninterrupted, and as long as we wanted to stay. No problem with us.Cleaning the room to our liking, bringing our own smell good things.

I’d give less but it won’t let me. I’m sure if you’re just looking for a place to drop family members off that are old and don’t need any medication it’s fine. My grandmother came here for Rehab for walking after a broken hip. They decided to remove all medications she was on prior to the fall and rehab that they had no business removing. They dehydrated her to the point of almost death. ( still a fighting battle). We pulled her out when we realized after we told them we were taking her home for rehab and to spend the holiday with her, they were killing her. The staff is not medically skilled in my honest opinion. She needed meds at a timely manner they claimed they didn’t have it but as soon as I show up there at 6:30 pm they magically had it. I can only imagine how many other nice folks

Staff is very nice. My loved one was in good spirits. Her bedsheets/comforter & blanket needs washed & the floor needs swept.

The Staff at Genesis are very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They showed my Wife that they really care about the patients and are very Compassionate about their services for helping people get back on their feet. I give them a 5+STAR rating.

My father is in the facility and the nurses the social workers the receptionist such wonderful pleasant patient individuals. I am so pleased with the care and the attention. They’re giving him. They are doing a wonderful job. I’m so happy with my choice to send him there.
