My Mom lost her hearing aid while out gardening, and had been told by her WellSpan audiologist that her other ear was dead, so she hadn't had a hearing aid in that ear for six months. I try to find local businesses when I can, and found CHC. I figured if Mom didn't like it we could always find another. I was blown away by the compassion and competence of Stacey, who patiently sat with Mom and did her hearing testing and product descriptions. Mom has a bit of a hard time understanding things now, and combined with not being able to hear well, made it rough to communicate. But Stacey was very caring, and decided to test mom's "dead ear" and, lo and behold, she was able to hear out of it. My jaw literally dropped as she starting repeating the words piped into that ear. Stacey is wonderful in taking care of you and your hearing. Great place with knowledgeable people. Highly recommended. Better than the big box types. (I.e.Miracle Ear, etc).
