Amazing receptionist team! Ms. Donna and Ms. Annette are extremely helpful and responsive. They are quick to get you answers and help out the families and residents!

This place is ridiculous. I’ve seen some of the worst usual things go down and happen. First in the bigger building Aides brings kids to work late night because of not having babysitters 4am. The smaller building really takes the cake. They have an UNLICENSED aide that works there well over a yr, well sleeps there on night shift for hours. Not only do he sleep but he brings his PITBULL to work with him in the building around residents, some times tied to a chair. Notice residents shadow outside with dog smoking area.

As with any nursing facility you have good and bad. Every encounter that I've had with the staff from Ms. Karen, Ms. Annette (front desk) has been good. I call and they have always been pleasant, kind and warm. The only concern that I did have was the one line, sometimes, you couldn't get anyone when you called. I will say that there are some nurses that really care and do a really good job, because I know that it isn't easy working on a secured unit and I can really appreciate those that come to work and deal with the challenges day in and day out. One thing for sure, make your presence known and show up for your loved ones, and always try to be respectful. The food could be a whole lot better. Absolutely terribly perfect. When can I leave my parents here (I'm gonna put them in the worst nursing home possible)

If I could give negative stars, I would give a hundred of them! This is the absolute worst place I have ever been in my life. A dog tied up on a chain is taken better care than these patients are. My family member was covered in vomit in a community room when I got there. I had to hunt down staff to help me clean her up. 99% of the staff were on there phones and gave you a pissy look with eye rolling when asking for codes to get out of the locked unit. I will say the aide who helped me clean my family member up was an absolute gem.
