I was looking to relax and relieve some muscle tension because I’d being feeling stiff and stuffy. Janay used peppermint and eucalyptus essential oil to help me breathe better, and lavender to help me relax as my aromatherapy. She payed close attention to the areas of my body that needed some TLC the most. Janay’s spa was welcoming and made me feel as if I was in a peaceful garden.
