Chai Urgent Care Lakewood - New Jersey

Absolutely horrible, and unprofessional. I called up as an emergency. They told me we’re closing soon. I told them my sister fell and has a deep cut in between her fingers. They said if we leave now she can be seen. When we arrived, the receptionist was rude, waving her hands and arguing the doctor came out to look at my sisters wound and had my sister take her gauze off and her wrapping and said you need stitches and a tetanus shot and said “this will take 45 minutes” and sent us on our way because they wanted to get out and close. Horrible…WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Came in with my 4 year old daughter. Shelly at the front desk was so accommodating and kind. Made her, and us feel comfortable right away. She was so sweet. Doctor was also very professional and sweet as well. Shelly made sure she left with plenty of stickers to cheer her up. Great staff.

Showed up feeling very sick.The women office staffer that took me back was extremely rude and frustrated with me, just started taking out tests to do before even checking my temperature which I asked for. When I asked which test she was doing she held up both hands and said "you'r not telling me what's wrong with you", that's after I gave her a list of all my symptoms. Then I responded that I just want to see the P.A. please. She stormed off yelling how rude I was and that she was done. The P.A. was super kind, he was extremely intelligent and highly professional and an excellent diagnostician. The older women staffer that took me in to say the least was not.

Didn't want to give any stars. Set an appointment online for my husband who was coughing a lot with at 9:45 pm to be seeing at 10:30 pm get there at 10 pm. And the receptionist (Ani) said they don't see the online appointment. So we had to wait for everyone else to be seeing. What is the purpose of having online appointment if they won't see you. She stated is been like that for 2 months. And sge was very rude! The location in Jackson are more professional!!

We came in with our 9 yo daughter who was in much pain from a fall. Our nurse Sylvia was so kind, not only tending to her medical needs but also giving much emotional support and showing genuine compassion. Debbie from the X-ray department took the time to assure her she will be gentle extremely tuned in to her vulnerability. Thank you so much!
