Dr Winkler & staff are awesome. The most thorough exam I have ever had. No bells & whistles like in the big city. Just great quality. & customer service. Highly recommend them.
Appointment made nearly a month prior. Drove two hours round trip (with gasoline at $5 per gallon) only to be told that no optometrist was available “but all the patients were notified”. Apparently they HAD tried to contact me….using an address and phone number that was over 20 years old. Based on that, I decided that this wasn’t a place I wanted to trust with my eyesight.
I had a fantastic experience at Chadron Vision Center! Plus they have a huge selection of glasses, thanks Dr. Winckler.
They fully explained my options and what my insurance covered as I entered. Good service and a friendly staff
