Chadha Physician PC

Today, 2/16 the VERY rude receptionist with red hair and contact lens is very rude. This is not the right way to conduct your business as the first point of contact. My grandmother has been coming here to get assistance at Chadha Physician and I am sure you will be losing a lot of patients if this service continues! Mask are required at this location although today (all over the news) NYC has lifted the no mask wearing and they have none to provide. When I asked if spare mask were provided the receptionist said, “The sign is on the door and to go down the hall and ask another physician”, Like WHAT?! Is that ok to tell a patient? It is all about the approach and delivery! Customer Service is important and she does not have it.
