Chad P. Nevola

All 3 of my girls go to him even though he's not the closest pediatrician and a 30 minute drive for us. He has a way of calming your nerves and telling you the important info you need from birth through every checkup and sick visit.

Dr Chad has been our dr since our 1st son was born in 2004. He has a great demeanor with kids and parents. Knowledgeable and easygoing. Takes time to answer any questions you have and makes you feel comfortable with the explanations. Would recommend, 10 out of 10. I felt compelled to write this because I'm shocked to read any negative reviews since that was never our experience and I've never seen or heard any patients complain during our time in the waiting room, and we've been patients for 20 years.

Worst pediatrician ever! I remember when I was pregnant I started doing some research to find a good pediatrician for my baby and Dr. Nevola was on my list as I check the reviews and saw so many good ones. I called their office and ask what I needed for Dr Nevola to become my baby’s pediatrician and the receptionist explained what I needed in order for my baby to become his patient. Long story short he didn’t accept the insurance I was on in order for me to have my baby as a patient of his I needed to request a different insurance for her. So I ended up looking for another pediatrician which is on the same group as Dr. Nevola but for my luck he did take the insurance I was on. Had to call Dr Nevola because he was on call for our regular pediatrician and I could not believe how rude he was. He made sure to get all of our info then after he asked what was going on he interrupted me with a quick rude response and basically hung up on me. I thought that was it until we got a bill in the mail for that useless phone call!! What a scam! No interest in actually talking to you but makes sure to send the bill. Glad this is not our pediatrician.

One of the worst pediatricians. They weren’t able to meet my needs for my child so I decided to switch pediatricians. By law they have 30 days to fax or send the records to the new doctors office and they’ve went over there 30 days. My daughters new pediatrician didn’t even know the steps to take if a doctors office is being so complicated because they’ve never had an issue getting records in time. Do every time my daughters been sick I’ve had to take her to the ER since Dr. Nevolas office took so long to provide my daughters Medical records.
