Dr Lanier was great!! Everyone was so kind and helpful with two toddlers in tow! Will be coming back for sure!

Unfortunately I didn't receive the help I needed for my severe seasonal allergies. I need to find another doctor.

Very disappointing experience. The office was hard to find because it’s in a shared space with no clear signage showing Chacko Allergy Center. I scheduled with Dr. Chacko, but my son was seen by someone else. We waited almost an hour past our appointment time, and the visit itself lasted only five minutes. Despite listing hives and sinus issues on the paperwork, there was no thorough exam, and they didn’t even have an otoscope to check his ears. For a clinic that advertises allergy, asthma, and ENT care, this was frustrating and misleading.

We’ve been bringing our son here for the past five months, and the care he has received has been exceptional. From the very first visit, the staff has been thorough, attentive, and incredibly patient in addressing our concerns. The doctors take the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we feel confident about his treatment plan. We highly recommend for anyone looking for expert allergy care!.

My son has been in OIT therapy for a severe allergy for months, and we are at Chacko every two weeks. We have been so impressed with all of the staff at every visit! So organized, friendly, and great with young kids. And the progress we are seeing with his allergies has been fantastic. We are so grateful for their great care and amazing staff!!
