The new office is beautiful. Dr Chacko has a great bedside manner and the staff are very pleasant. We were in and out within 30 minutes for a follow up appointment. Impressed with the efficiency of this practice.

Was referred here by a doctor in the ER after having a reaction to peanuts. I've been severely allergic since I was a baby, and was pretty much only going so that I could get a new round of epi pens. When I saw the doctor, he spoke very quickly and didn't really seem like he was listening to anything I said. I told him that I'd gotten an allergy test done when I was a kid, and even without it I know I'm allergic. He asks to do an allergy test, which I agree to, since I'm a new patient and all. The woman who administered the scratch test barely touched me, and I hate to throw her under the bus, but I just don't know that the test was done correctly. They were absolutely terrible. I felt like I wasn’t heard and kept getting interrupted and didn’t even see the dr I was supposed to see for my son. The lady that asks questions before u get called back why you are there an she called in the eczema specialist without consult me first if I wanted them to test for more allergy and to figure out what caused the rash. We were sent there to the rash and alllegries not eczema. The dr we saw the gi and his pediatrician said it wasn’t Eczema.
