Our family cannot thank the team at Cerritos Vista enough for the outstanding care they provided to my aunt during her 100-day stay. From the administrative staff to the nurses, therapists, and caregivers, every single person went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and supported. The admin team was always organized, communicative, and compassionate, they made the entire admission and care coordination process smooth and stress-free. The nurses and CNAs treated my aunt with such kindness and dignity, always attentive to her needs and quick to offer a smile or comforting words. The rehab and therapy staff were equally amazing, helping her regain strength and independence while encouraging her every step of the way. You can truly tell that everyone here cares deeply about

Cerritos Vista Healthcare Center is a wonderful facility. It is well managed and very clean. The administration and all healthcare staff are attentive to their patients and treat them with love and care. My mother who is 86 years old have been in PT for the past 6 weeks due to femur injury has made significant progress in her mobility. Kudos to the PT staff. The caring and friendly atmosphere provided by all makes a world of difference to my mother. Your hard work, and patience are sincerely appreciated. My mom was here for a over a month, they staff here are so nice and helpful and always greet you and make you feel very welcome, physical therapy really worked with my mom she has been unable to walk or stand for over a year and a half now and they tried there best and got her to stand on several occasions and she did walk a little just my mom is blind, so she was very scared that she would fall but the physical therapy men always make sure to remind her they won’t let her go. I really wish my mama would have stay more since I did seen good progress of them helping her to stand and walk a bit. But my mama was ready to come home. But if she had to go back I wouldn’t have to problem with Cerritos Vista Healthcare taking her in again because I love the physical therapy and how they try and tr

Best service my mother has received in a couple years, staff is caring and loving. And I mean all staff. Wonderful people. I just keep saying the staff is so caring and wonderful it's unbelievable, they treat everyone like family and it's from their Heart. I truly love the staff and my mother does too. They deserve the best in ratings and funds. God Bless them.

Nice looking facility. As I toured, I saw that the staff and patients were happy/smiling. Receptionist greeted me as well as the Rehab team. They offer therapy and nursing care for post acute patients. The administrative and marketing team's amazing, they had all the answers to my questions and concerns. If you're looking for a complete care SNF, this is the place to go.
