Cermak Immediate Care - Chicago

From the moment I called to the moment I seen the doctor, the entire staff was FANTASTIC!!! I normally go to my urgent care center UIC however I didn’t feel like waiting forever especially because I was in a tremendous amount of pain. My appointment was at 10:05am and I was home by 10:39am. It was my first time there and what was the most convenient was that it’s literally down the block from where I live, and the Check-In process was super easy. I found my new go to urgent care spot, and I recommend it to everyone. The proof is in the name….CERMAK IMMEDIATE CARE. Bravo, keep up the great work 👍🫶🏼

Absolutely fantastic - doctor was urgent and he made me feel like he cared. Place was empty though so I did not have to wait long for treatment. May not be that way on other days.

Brought my kids in for an urgent care visit and had a great experience. Registration was quick and electronic—I completed everything on my phone, including scanning my insurance and ID, in under 4 minutes. We waited about 5 minutes before being called in and no more than 7 minutes before the clinician came in. We were in and out within 30 minutes. The clinic was clean, and the receptionist and medical assistants were informative and friendly. I didn’t catch the name of the medical support specialist, but she was also great. Overall, very happy with our visit. Would definitely recommend this provider/facility. Thank you, ladies!

Always my go to spot for my and my kids, probably the best front desk staff at any office/clinic I’ve had to go to they are all kind and respectful so props to them cause even big offices don’t have well mannered secretaries. The doctors are always good too. Dr.Ramos is my favorite.
