We've been clients for many years mostly for continuous "maintenance." In my case I suffered a knee injury from a marathon. I could not run but a few miles. Several orthopedic surgeons were mystified. Dr. Bahar realigned my "hip" and the knee injury disappeared. Dr. Bahar is a game changer for us, her knowledge, kindness, attention to care, and true hearted friendship is irreplaceable.

Previously, I suffered from severe hip flexor and back pain. After working with Dr. Bahar on an intentional plan rooted in data, x-rays, and continuous feedback, I no longer have pain and I can resume my active lifestyle of weight-lifting, walking, and raising two children. I continue to see Dr. Bahar to ensure my neck and spine are aligned and my muscles receive the release they sorely need. I’ve also benefitted tremendously from the enzymes she recommended.
