A family member received calls about an appointment they never scheduled. They insisted that they needed a follow up, so I helped my family member and finally agreed. I received a confirmation text saying the appointment will be with Laura Edwards but when we arrived, they said Laura Edwards was only there some days and later I found out she doesn’t even work there anymore. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and the place has definitely changed for the worse. Very misleading . I do not recommend!

Sadly, the staff has completely changed! My family has always seen Laura Edward’s since my first visit and now the provider Laura Edwards is NO longer practicing in this office ! Office completely different and sadly had a bad experience with the new staff!

I wish I can rate this clinic with (0) zero stars, but the system doesn’t let me do it. This Clinic and the doctor that is the head of it (Laura Edward) are stealing money from the patients. I made an appointment for performing the annual physical exam (which is included on my insurance) and the nurse told me ahead of time that when I am coming back to grab the results and fill up the results on the form that my insurance required I need to make an appointment and pay $65 copay, this is simply ridiculous, coming back to grab the results and get he insurance form should not be any extra charge, this is not a medical visit or procedure it is a simple administrative request and it should NOT be reflected as a medical appointment. I have been going here since I moved to Georgia 3 years ago. Dr. Laura is my primary care physician and I can’t say enough about the quality of care she and her staff provide. The office is always spotless and I am treated kindly and professionally. They truly take time with the patients-I never feel rushed or neglected. Thank you to everyone who works at Centro Medico San Lucas!
