PLEASE READ !!! This urgent care and staff literally saved my life !! Yes, you read that right. NP, Patti and Dr. A are amazing people who clearly love their profession of helping and serving others and their needs. Their entire staff included !!! Oct 25 - not feeling great. Went into see them. After antibiotics, I still did not feel great. Another treatment and a referral for an x ray to ensure I did not have bronchitis or pneumonia. X ray came back un clear. Second referral to repeat. Same result. Dr. A decided enough was enough with x rays and wrote a referral for a CT scan. Well, that CT scan showed a spot in my lung. I finally found a primary Dr so I could find a better (insurance purposes) pathway for the next steps. lung cancer officially diagnosed first week of Dec. First week of J

My wife had an excellent experience with Dr. Patricia at urgent care yesterday. She took her time, listened carefully, and explained everything in a way that made me my feel calm and informed. She also speaks several languages, including English and Spanish, which made communication even smoother. Her kindness and professionalism made a stressful visit much easier. I truly appreciate the care she provided.

Wish I could give 7 stars. Nurse Practioner Patty made me feel heard and seen, and like I was the only patient in the world. She did a great job explaining the “why” of what was going on in my body. She thought of everything, and made herself available when I called back later with questions. She was a delight, and I couldn’t recommend her more. The front desk ladies were also fantastic. Since I’m self-pay, they went out of their way to give me a discount card for the pharmacy. Also I forgot my wallet, and they found a way to let me pay through pictures of my cards. Highly recommend this urgent care!

We almost did not wait for seeing the doctor. It was a good experience for us. Before coming in, I generally call and ask for the case if they are looking for this one. Also nurses are really helpful and nice. Doctor was too sweet.
