Welll david at the front desk was great But the doctor refused stop smoking medication and he would not give me a prescription with out a blood test really? I guess this guy makes money on blood tests just saying. I guess he makes money on blood tests.

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but this place simply disappointed me for numerous reasons. To start my significant other was the patient, has not seen a doctor in 10 years. After me persuading him we finally looked to find a doctor for him to go get a check up. I decided to go with this practice because of the reviews which were decent, which now I don’t understand why. When we went to the doctors office the doctor simply wasn’t warming at all, it wasn’t comfortable for my significant other even though we explained to the doctor that we haven’t seen one in a very long time. In no way did he make us feel warm and welcome. But that’s not the Main reason of me writing this review, mind you I’m not one to write bad reviews for somebody. Dr. Ramin seems fine and didn't rush me like most doctors, but their front office is a mess. Had to call twice and ask for my bill because I never received it via email or physical mail. Not happy about having to do everything through the portal just to see what the doctors notes are. Please print out doctors notes or follow up via phone.

Update-changed to 1 star. I got diagnosed incorrectly on my reason for visit, causing me to get billed rather than my insurance. Of course they charged my credit card that you are forced to add to the visit. This was supposed to get corrected in 3-4 weeks but here I am still missing my money. At this point I'm starting to feel like it is malicious rather than incompetence. did not have the same experience as the other reviews. I went to the doctor twice and I didn't feel listened to in either visit. I felt like the response was based on raw data from other people's experience rather than my own, demonstrating a lack of empathy. I will no longer be returning here anymore, I have been sick since Saturday night with some unknown Virus and I have told Dr. Ramin in the virtual meeting about my swollen throat, me having to vomit blood, very bad back pain, and a very high fever temperature. All they did was a covid and flu test and they didn’t do a strep test. I went to Urgent care the day after and urgent care has confirmed with me that I was tested Positive for Strep A! Now I’m currently taking antibiotics. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I will no longer be returning here! Don’t waste your gas or money coming here!
