I had such a great experience with Dr. Chong and the entire team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Chong takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel completely comfortable during your visit. The office is clean, modern, and very organized. You can really tell Dr. Chong cares about his patients and their dental health. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gentle, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dentist!

I and my husband started with Doctor Chong from 2013. He is very professional and nice doctor, who fix lots of our dental issues. All the staff there are very nice, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Also, the fish tank helps me relaxing. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Centerville Dental Design and wanted to share my experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive start. However, the experience with the doctor was a bit unusual. Typically, I’m accustomed to a thorough consultation where the dentist discusses symptoms before any cleaning or polishing. In my visit, the cleaning and polishing were done first, and the doctor came in afterward, somewhat rushed, and focused mainly on discussing missing teeth and costs rather than addressing my specific concerns, like gum discomfort and pain in a certain area. While the doctor was polite, the consultation felt a bit lacking in detail and focus. I hope that this feedback helps them improve their patient experience. Overall, I appreciate their efforts and hope they take

We’ve been seeing Dr. Chong for over 10 years. He does excellent work. The entire staff from the front desk to the assistants are always friendly and professional. I always leave having had a great experience.

Dr. Jung always checks on his patients’ well-being and helps them feel at ease before starting any treatment. His procedures are comfortable and perfect, and the staff are all excellent. I’m 100% satisfied and highly recommend him
