I was given a wonderful opportunity to receive donated services, which I wholeheartedly appreciated. However, the experience surrounding my consultation and scheduled procedure was incredibly distressing due to a severe lack of accommodation, continuity of care, and professional sensitivity. I repeatedly disclosed my severe dental phobia and PTSD stemming from childhood trauma during my initial consultation and follow-up communications. I called to verify my agreed-upon accommodations would be met for the planned multiple tooth extractions and scaling. I was subsequently told that no accommodations would be provided for managing pain, PTSD, or trauma during the procedure. Following the initial appointment, I was prescribed an antibiotic. I've been a patient at Centre for Dental Excellence for several years and it is an absolutely wonderful experience. Dr. Dunham is lovely, kind, and patient, and Elizabeth, the dental hygienist, is equally lovely, kind, and gentle. Everyone at the front desk is terrific, friendly, and always accommodating when I need to schedule or reschedule appointments. I always leave my appointments with a huge smile on my face and actually look forward to my next visit. I've recommended this dental practice to many people. Definitely 5+ stars!

In all my years of seeing Dentists, Dr. Dunham has been my favorite. He is knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional. He tells you straight up how it is, but in a gentle manner. I never felt like I was getting unnecessary work done here. His office staff was always on top of things, friendly and professional. The Dental Hygienists were all wonderful. We moved out of state and I've been to two new Dental Offices and just felt the need to come leave him a well deserved positive review because I actually miss this office.

I have been so happy with this practice! They were able to fit me in, same day, when I called them about extreme jaw and tooth pain I was having. Dr. Dunham is experienced and extremely knowledgeable - I feel very reassured in his hands. I cannot say enough about the staff! I'm a big baby when it comes to dental procedures, and they are so reassuring and kind. Highly recommend!

It’s always a pleasant experience when I visit my dentist. The staff is outstanding; from Lynn taking care of the front and the professionals handling the patients in the back. Ann was professional and very gentle during my cleaning. Dr. Dunham was attentive and responsive to all my concerns, Great Team!!!
