Centrastate Physical Therapy

Went for a few visits and it was great. One therapist in particular, Rich, was knowledgable and helpful. He's the only reason for the extra star. Then I had surgery and a new prescription, and have literally waited 3 weeks with no one getting back to me for an appointment. Three phone calls have gone unreturned, a visit directly to the place resulted in "sorry, we've had trouble with our phones. The woman who books the appoitnments is busy, she'll call you either today or tomorrow the latest". That was last Thursday, it's now Tuesday. Looks like I need to find another place for physical therapy.

I would like to share my experience with everyone been to or willing to come to Centrastate rehab center. Its by far the best team, starting from the receptionists to the physical therapists. Special thank you for dr Kissin who has done a wonderful job with my problem. Very thankful to the whole team
