My husband had endoscopy done there this morning. Every staff member was kind and caring. Everything went as scheduled. Got to stay in pre and post op with husband. In and out quickly

I took my 20 year old son there last night for a nose bleed that wasn’t stopping. He ended up getting it packed and had exceptional care, except for one person. The triage nurse who did the initial intake. He was explaining to her what was going on and that he was very nervous. She was telling him how to squeeze his nose, he was holding a tissue up it. He was nervous to let go of the tissue and she aggressively grabbed his nose to show him what to do. She didn’t seem to have the personality to be working in that position and the way she acted in that moment proved it. Really unfortunate since everything else was great, I’d like to say it made up for it, but sadly her physical interactions still were too much.

For the most part I really appreciate how friendly and caring the staff can be. It can completely change the tune of your visit if someone is kind or seems to care, and having really kind people helped me work through the pain I was experiencing. Literally one of the kindest doctors I've ever had works overnight in the ER and I can't thank him enough. Thank you

They really are a great place to go they're taking the time to help and they don't just dismiss you. Somthings may take time but I think when we don't feel well. We tend to think we're the only ones who don't feel good.. but this place is really a better choice of where to go. Thank you to everyone who cared for me.

im here in room 215. I have constant UTIs due to having nephrostomy tubes bilaterally. Everybody has been good especially nurses Justin and Jill and maintenance worker digna. Only problem I have is every time I'm here I'm always waiting on the infectious disease doctor fruity tutti who never comes in and apparently makes all her decisions on the computer rather and actually seeing a patient. The one time she did come in a few months ago I couldn't understand a word she was was saying. So I would need a translator. Anyway I'm all better and if they are going to keep me she should come to my room and tell me. Everybody that has come into my room has told me that I'm 100% better
