I hope the doctors and nurses performing surgery have better customer service than their front desk. I called yesterday and I felt like once receptionist found out the appointment I was trying to make was for someone with MA, she didn't seem to have the time of day to answer my questions. She talked to me like I was extremely unintelligent, her responses made it seem like the necessary procedures were extremely out of reach and I was asking the world. We need wisdom teeth pulled along with all other teeth pulled - I have to assume that's a fairly routine procedure in the office. She made me feel like I shouldn't even bother because there are too many hoops to jump through and it takes a very long time. Regardless of the steps it takes, referrals, prior authorizations, etc., this procedure

The staff was wonderful from my first office call through surgery recovery. They were so kind and patient. I had many questions. It was the best experience I could have asked for.

I had my wisdom teeth removed, this place is amazing. I was talking to one of the friendly workers here, then all of a sudden I'm awake in a recovery room. I'd highly recommend Centrasota in Alexandria. I've been afraid of dentists for decades, I'd gladly come back here for all dental needs. Amazing service, comfortability and work.

I absolutely loved this place as the place to get my dental surgery done! Very caring and knowledgeable staff, whose willing to work with you and make sure you get taken care of as best you possibly can! Had no complications and healing time was fast. Was in and out in an hour, with no problems after the surgery, and no pain healing at all! I always recommend this place to everyone and will keep on doing the so!
