CentralMed Urgent Care

The medical staff was fine, but the front desk experience was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and showed no empathy, even though this was an urgent care visit. Long wait times were not explained, and basic questions were ignored. I had to repeat my phone number twice because she could not hear me, possibly because she was using earbuds or a phone. I was late due to this issue. Customer service at the front desk really needs improvement.

My wait time was pretty fast. Everyone at CentralMed treated me with care & respect. The nurses & Dr. Nocera were attentive, informative, knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. Dr. Nocera's diagnosis was spot on, and the medications she prescribed did the trick. I was able to pick up my medications at the Walgreen's about 5 minutes away. Overall a smooth, painless & helpful experience in healthcare. 5 stars. Would definitely return & recommend.

I want to echo the sentiments of previous reviewers - the front desk staff could benefit from being friendlier and more respectful. On the other hand, I'd like to express my gratitude to the doctors for their dedication to our community. We appreciate the care they provide, and it's a pleasure to visit your facility.

It's been over a year since I sought treatment at CentralMed Urgent Care for high blood pressure. The results speak for themselves. I can say that my health has improved, and I am feeling like my best! Dr. Nocera was kind, listened, and expressed genuine concern. Beyond just prescribing the necessary medication, she advised me on other factors that affect blood pressure such as diet and stress. She has great zeal for her patients. My interactions with the other staff were also pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Providers are incredible. Every PA, MD, NP whatever I’ve seen has always treated me with empathy, respect and kindness. I am very grateful for them. I’m happy to know I’m safe and in good hands. However, the front desk staff are often just very unfriendly and rude and it always gives me anxiety having to speak with them. I’ve worked front desk before and I know how irritating it can be, but these receptionist really make me sad everytime I come in for a visit. I came in yesterday, and did not approach the desk since they looked like they were busy so I decided to wait to be called up.
