I’m rather disappointed as there seems to be glowing reviews about this clinic but we unfortunately endured a such a nightmare my son is terrified to start all over again. I could go on for days about the lack of concern and knowledge by not only Dr Lasley but the office team as well. Everything from billing nightmares, scheduling and most importantly how badly they messed up my son’s mouth for what they called phase 1. We expressed multiple concerns and were blown off each time. I fully believe they put us through everything they did pushing more and more painful and uncomfortable equipment for his mouth so they could bill us the thousands they did.

The entire staff is wonderful but Dr. Lasley is a true perfectionist. He takes the time to explain every step of the process and is always so kind and patient with all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my Invisalign journey!

Dr. Lasely and the team at Centralia Orthodontics are fantastic! Dr. Lasely is incredibly patient and thorough, always explaining the treatment plan and next steps for my children’s care in a clear, reassuring way. He’s taken a thoughtful approach, never rushing to pull teeth prematurely while we wait for their baby teeth to fall out naturally. The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and great at scheduling multiple appointments for my kids at once. They’re also quick to fix issues, like when my son broke a bracket. The office is clean and welcoming, making every visit pleasant. Highly recommend Dr. Lasely and his team for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care!

I had a great experience today it was a little busier than normal. Diana apologized and said it should be just a little longer they took my daughter back for x rays, and we got her plan knocked out. I got an estimate for service. Thank you for getting my daughter on the right track
