I love the doctors and text there. They’re also kind and knowledgeable nice and willing to help. This is the first that I’ve been to that makes me feel like I’m not alone in the process of trying to help my dog.

This place should be closed down for malpractice. They have misdiagnosed my dog's illness, gave incorrect medications, and went above and beyond to pad my bill for over $4000. Now my dog is a forever compromised, in a catatonic state and eats rabbit and deer turds whenever she goes outside instead of playing. After they butchered her they would not even let me in with the dog to ask questions and get feedback. They abused my trust, insulted my intelligence and do not care about the animals health, the care about over billing, over testing and over medicating and take zero responsibility when they are wrong! highly disappointed and do not recommend their service.

I cannot give more praise to the people who work at this office! I was in such a tough position where my fur baby was declining quickly- the last thing I wanted was for his last day to be his worst day. We made the decision that it was time and reached out to the office. I was able to arrange for staff to come to my home and help make it a peaceful transition for my kitty. It was so difficult for my family, but the care shown during this devastating time is truly something I will never forget. The staff aren't just showing up and punching in and out, they truly care about animals and consistently go above and beyond for their clients because they understand how our pets are like our children. I have worked with this location for over 15 years, and this was even the place I adopted my cats

Dropped my cat off to be cremated. Paid a little over $100 for what I was told would be a wooden plaque with my cats name/paw print on it. What I received was a lump of clay the size of a coaster with a lazily pressed paw print placed horizontally. What was supposed to be an object to commemorate my cats short but meaningful life, is now an object that is of no use to me and sparks frustration instead of comfort. I will be skipping this place in the future and would not recommend this place to others.

I just rescued my boy Tyrone a month ago. This is my 3rd rescue dog and all 3 of them been to CV. Their health issues have been addressed immediate. The staff is not only knowledgeable of their of positions but are compassionate, friendly and always takes time to address any concerns.
