We were referred here for our son, when his eye doctor thought he might have an operculated hole in his eye. I'll be honest, the wait was LONG. Our appointment was at 2:30 and were seen after 5:00. We were tempted to leave but knew it was important for our son to be seen. However, once we saw the doctor, we understood why it took so long. The doctor takes his time with each and every patient. He does not rush, is incredibly thorough, takes the time to answer questions. It was hard to be frustrated with the wait when we understood that patient care truly is priority #1 with this practice. I was told, when checking out, that morning appointments are normally quicker (so keep that in mind when you schedule).

My mother had a 10am appointment, she was there by 9:45a. After having her assessment done eyes dilated she was put in the waiting area for over an hour and half. The doctor came in around 12. We didn’t leave the office until 12:15. That’s too long for a 83 year old to sit and wait. Time management needs a lot of work. She likes the doctor but waiting that long was not great.

Place is really organized and clean , but unfortunately they do not know how to manage the time , doctor can be amazing but the experience of waiting for 3h+ is not really good. I got in the office with my grandfather around three 2:00 and it was 5:20 and he wasn’t even seen… so if you have an appointment with this provider please plan to spend the whole day in the office!

Doctor K is awesome , so compassionate and professional .

While we love the doctor and some of the staff. We are left to ponder who owns and runs the practice. The doctor will tell you they can fit you in a certain day and then the Office Manager who is extremely rude will tell you the Doctor doesn't know what he is talking about, and they can't make a simple laser procedure for a day that works for you. Last I checked the Doctor owns the business not the office manager Brandy needs to be replaced ASAP since her customer service is lacking big time.
