Dr Lauryssen and his staff are great. Dr Lauryssen tackles your pain, explains the procedure to fix it and is a superior surgeon. I highly recommend his practice.
Dr. Lauryssen and his team are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them if you want a doctor who truly knows his stuff, along with a friendly, professional staff who respond promptly and take great care of you.
Wonderful doctor! Used him for three surgeries and all were successful. My issue is with aftercare. Two of my surgeries required stitches be removed. The first time, my follow-up appointment was cancelled. Phoning them is next to impossible so I drove to the office. No doctors were there so I was directed to the ER by his office. The ER charged me of course! Brought it up at the next appointment and his office manager said he’d look into it and get back to me. Never heard anything from him again. The second surgery, they again cancelled my post-op appointment (via voicemail) and wanted to reschedule it for a full month and a half after surgery! Unacceptable, the stitches needed to come out! After spending 1hr and 35 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, I decided to drive over
The medical, administrate staff and Dr Kass Hout are professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions. I had no wait and always appreciate that.
Dr.Lauryssen has been exceptional. I traveled from Corpus Christi to have him do my surgery and I wouldn’t do it any other way!
