On 12/12/25..My 2nd appt was just not normal. The Dr tried pulling my little doggie girl by her leash and collar from the floor up to get her on the bed. I had to take over, picking her up. He was too busy to have a report with her. I told him she has trouble with men. Then the older lady in the front office told me 3 x how the Lasik and heart pill must be given at the same time. I missed about 5 different days within 40 days. I tried explaining my husband was in hospital almost died twice and sin e he wasn't working I had to take on a second job and just forgot both in a big rush during this time. We had to put down our much loved dog, Dr. Baird and assistant Evan came to our house and was fantastic and so patient with us and much loved dog. Was extremely kind and efficient with the procedure. Thank You so much...

My experience with the staff has been amazing! Each person at this vet clinic truly loves animals and are professional and compassionate to both pets and owners!

If you have a fur baby dying in agony this is definitely not the place for you! Terrible front office experience, non caring attitude, at least act like you care even if you don’t, my heart is breaking! I called begging for help but they said “the Dr was just to busy for me, take the dog to Lubbock, sorry.” Never in my 30+ years of having pets have I ever been treated so poorly and with little regard to my breaking heart or my baby’s suffering. Now I’m just sitting here watching my fur baby in agony. 💔 Update: the following day I took my baby to Live Oak in Lubbock and she was in complete kidney failure, very painful and no hope for quality of life, So we had to kiss her that evening one last time and send her off to doggy heaven. The staff I encountered was rather unprofessional. Due to Covid, I was not able to step inside the building with my puppy, so they took her in to get her checked. When done, I had to ask for the report if my dogs wellness check because they were not planning to give anything. When I did ask, it took long seemed that they didn't plan to write anything up. When I got the report, it was extremely unprofessional and stated that I did not care for my puppy because I chose not to get an examination they suggested there. It was only because I knew a place WAY cheaper to get it done it, not because I did not care. They had no business telling me whether I cared for MY puppy or not, especially not in a "professional" vet report. It is NOT their place to tell me I don't care about my pup, that's RUD
