Central Pharmacy

Central Pharmacy is truly the best and my saving grace. I used to go to Walgreens, but they no longer carried my medication and did not inform me until I called about a refill. They told me to call CVS and they can fill it, and I had to go through the CVS robot caller just to talk to a person. Long story short, they were able to transfer, but did not carry my insurance provider, so I would have to pay out of pocket. I called Central Pharmacy and they were able to transfer my medication and called me back in 10 minutes. I got there with 2 minutes to close and they were all so wonderful. I am immediately switching over my family to Central Pharmacy. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies there, especially Shelby who answered the phone. She was so wonderful and helpful. We've been using Central Pharmacy for over 20 years and absolutely love it! The people there go above and beyond for their customers. They have great communication and are incredibly helpful. I genuinely can not speak highly enough about them. BEST PHARMACY EVER!

I use to love getting my meds at Central for years until today. I stopped by to pick up meds for me and my wife and one of my meds was more expensive than usual. No problem but I just didn't have the money for it right at the moment. I told the lovely lady at the window that I didn't want that right now as it would put me in a financial bind. Before I could tell her I would be back early next week the owner decided to chew me out asking me if I knew how much he had to pay to get this medicine and what am I supposed to do. Tom left me feeling like I was a POS. I never got to tell him that I intended to come back for it. I will be moving mine and all my families scripts from here. It's a shame that great service had to end but I guess there are other places to get meds that won't make ya fee
