She’s the first eye doctor I’ve had who really listened to my concerns, explained the science behind what I was experiencing, and made me feel heard without pushing unnecessary products or prescriptions. I came in hoping to find glasses to help with my astigmatism and nighttime driving, and she helped guide that process with care and clarity. The woman who assisted me with choosing glasses (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly patient, kind, and positive. I tend to take my time with decisions, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her support really made a difference.
