Central Outreach Wellness Center - Columbus

PARKING IS FREE at the lot next to the building, look for the sign shown in my picture. I've been with Central Outreach for a while now. The staff is wonderful and it seems many/most of them are part of the "family," which helps make things more comfortable. A reviewer mentioned a negative experience with their visit related to trans healthcare, but in the few years I've been there, I've never experienced that. I have heard a rumor that there may be at least one provider who may be problematic, but if that's the case, they can ask to see someone else. This N. 4th St. location is new, and I like how it looks, though at least one of the exam rooms is awkwardly laid out, and one of the nurses/assistants did mention they weren't a fan of the rooms, but hopefully they'll work that out as tim

planned parenthood fell through thanks to insurance so i started going here and have had nothing but a perfect experience! would definitely recommend going here if you want to get starting on HRT or need help on your journey with it

Absolutely fantastic experience from every single person at this facility. Professional, considerate, to-the-point, friendly, and generally exceptionally talented at what they do. What more could you want?

I must share my experience that took place today with the Wellness Center. I called 9/15 i called and spoke with Amy, her conversation encouraged me to come in for an appointment. Amy met me at the door. Not the receptionist desk but the door. Then I walked in and they were having a staff meeeting. Which did not stop them staff from preforming they duties. Lulu then took me back to get vidals,etc. And Tara who explained the meds ,etc. And then here comes Cedrick with his playlist and his expertise of his duties. Then i ready to depart and then there goes the hugs all around. Question WHERE THEY DO THAT AT THESE DAYS. Excellent, awesome, WONDERFUL service they provide if I can give 10 stars, I would . Kudos to the entire staff WAY TO GO ALL
