I had an excellent experience at Central New England Endodontics. From the moment I called, I knew this was the right place. The front desk staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. A big thank you to Kamryn for helping me navigate the often confusing world of dental insurance! Both Kamryn and Courtney truly care about their patients, and their kindness made such a positive first impression. Dr. Russo was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail before starting my root canal. The procedure itself went smoothly, I felt no pain during or after, which was a huge relief. Getting a root canal is never a fun thing, however Dr. Russo and his team make it such an easy and pain free experience. I recommend him to anyone who needs endodontic dental work! It was easier than getting a cavity filled with my general dentist.

HORRIBLE ! Went in for a root canal . 2 hrs 45 min it took ! Dentist Tamula with 2 assistants . Very unorganized . She asked the helpers .multiple time for tools or stuff and the hands her the wrong stuff or had to leave the room and get it from a different part of the office . That's the helpers . Now for the dentist . We'll she had the nerve to leave me sitting with all the stuff in my mouth for 20 min while she was helping a different patient ! What the hel@ is that ? RIDICULOUS ! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I GO BACK NOR REFFER ANYBODY FOR THAT PUNISHMENT . You have been warned . That's not the only one in town . Choose wisely . Tanzin Tamula is rude and not very good with patients. Just my opinion

Went in for a root canal and had a wonderful experience. Kam the front desk answered all my insurance questions. Mike the assistant eased my worries. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr. Russo is excellent. His expertise and knowledge are clear the second he starts talking to you and taking care of whatever your problem is. I don't even mind driving to the Worcester office if he isn't at the Putnam one, because I am confident in the level of care I will receive. Root canals aren't anyone's idea of fun, but he and his team make it as pain free and stress less as possible.
