My children used to be patients of this practice. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to miss an appointment; however, we attempted to reschedule. Months later, we received dismissal letters in the mail. When I called to inquire, the receptionist refused to dialogue with me. She is the same individual who accused me of not paying for services despite running a card with her on the phone weeks prior to a procedure. When I attempted to speak with the office manager, she started screaming at me when she was tripped up in the logic of her lies. I asked if she required access to private medical information to justify a rescheduled appointment. She became incensed and blackballed us from the practice. The dentists were satisfactory. My kids were supposed to get their teeth cleaned in January, they’ve canceled on me 3 times and now can’t get them in till May. Almost 6 months past due on their 6 month cleaning. When I called to reschedule, because they don’t even have the courtesy to call you they send a text, I got an extremely rude receptionist and zero sympathy or apology at all. I’m sure they’ll come up will all this dental work that needs to be done now due to their lack of scheduling. I’m done taking my kids here. If wasting 3 vacation days wasn’t enough their rude customer service was. Do not recommend to ANYONE who wants reliable dental service.

I do not recommend this dentist. My daughter was a patient there and we never missed an appointment but one day got a letter saying the dentist she was seeing quit and no other ones there were taking new patients so she’s been without a dentist for quite some time. When she was a patient there, the services and staff were great but they should have made sure their patients would still be able to receive dental care there.

They are wonderful. Very friendly and understanding staff and dentists! They explain everything very well. We will definitely be going back for all of our child's dental care.

Called to set up an appointment and the lady was very rude. I will never recommend them again.
