The doctor was good, but the staff and service were bad. They requested the insurance information and said they would verify coverage and cost. They estimated $375, but later billed more than $1000. They blamed the insurance company not showing out network expenses on website. What kind of professional service providers don’t know there could be out network services?! They could have spoken to a representative and asked. Should they have given more accurate estimates, I could postpone the service next year. Their negligence cost me more than $700. I think they are eager to take in money asap!

You guys lost a patient because of your rude staff at the front desk. Received a referral from my dentist and before I could finish my sentence Teresa cut me off and placed me on hold. I’m supposed to feel safe and comfortable and spend several thousand dollars at an office that isn’t even courteous enough to hear me out? You can thank Teresa that I will not be having my wisdom teeth removed here. She needs a lesson in kindness and courtesy and patience and probably customer service in general. I’ll do the research myself this time and find an office with a bit more compassion. It’s worth the trouble

Dr. Shah is excellent...Very professional, yet friendly and reassuring. He truly listens to his patients, understanding their concerns and apprehensions, and really does put his patients at ease with his caring and his wonderful "chair-side" manner. He is extremely thorough, having consulted with several of my other medical specialists prior to performing this procedure to make sure that there were no negatively interacting medical details. I find that to be so refreshing, as the bulk of my experience with medical specialists is that they simply "do their own thing" without taking with any other medical professionals. Having to have a molar tooth extracted initially caused me extreme anxiety, but Dr. Shah and his team (especially his nurse, Angela, who sat with me and "talked me through it

I went here recently for my first wisdom tooth extraction. Needless to say, I was a little nervous. The staff was very kind, helpful, and informative in terms of what lay ahead and what to expect post-op. Dr.Shah was also very professional and had great bedside manner. I will definitely be returning to this practice in the future.

I never leave reviews, but the lady at the front desk Tracey is RUDE. I don’t understand how this lady is still working here. Everyone else is so nice and have such patience with you,Tracey is rude, snippy, catches an attitude very quick, and had the worst customer service skills. I’m currently looking for another oral surgeon because no one should ever speak to you the way she does. She’s impolite, and bad-mannered. She needs to be fired!
