Well, Dr. Benny wants me to give him a review, but I was waiting to see him again to truthfully reflect on my experience with him and his staff. I have been having bad luck finding the right rheumatologist who takes my insurance and tries not to scam me or my insurance. I thought I found it with Dr. Benny, but since day one last year, he kept saying he is biased while keeping it professional regarding my health, like doing intensive blood work to find out what's really going on with me. However, in every conversation we have, he keeps saying he is biased. I don't think he really knows what that word means, but if you look it up in a dictionary, it is not a flattering term coming from a guy like him. But hey, I'm keeping my mouth shut because this is the fourth rheumatologist I'm trying to

I had amazing first visit!! Nely professional. She greeted and smiles. Very pleasant. Tells me everything I need to know. Dr Medina is awesome. Explained everything. Professional!. Knowledgeable! Staffs are so nice they were there to help a patient Thank you

The Doctor and staff are awesome! Dr Benny took the time to review my previous Doctor's records with me. I'm a new patient and I am so thankful for his expertise. He's has excellent bedside manner!

This place is horrible! That office is the second office i have been to trying to get decent care . I had an appointment that i have been waiting for about two months. I last saw Dr Benny i believe was sometime in october 2025. He asked me for some labs before my appt. Butttttt since my appt i was admitted to the hospital twice and apparently what im going thru currently has to do with my autoimmune disorders. Hence my reason for wanting to see Dr Benny even tho my labs were not completed when the staff wanted them done. Sooooo i get a call a week before my appt from a woman who told me she is going to cancel my appt because i did not complete my labs when i told her i had other reasons for visiting Dr Benny. Then she asked if i can go earlier to my appt and i told her no because i already

I feel strongly that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed by this provider. I reported severe hip pain and stated multiple times that it felt broken. I was told by Dr. Paul Sweeney that if it were truly that serious, I wouldn’t be able to walk, and my symptoms were brushed off. After seeking care elsewhere, I was diagnosed and required an emergency hip replacement. Had my pain been taken seriously earlier, significant suffering might have been avoided. Patients deserve to be listened to and believed—especially when symptoms persist and worsen. He then refused to fill FMLA paperwork.
