I received a monthly asthma injection here for nearly three years. In the past six weeks, the level of care collapsed completely. My appointment was pushed into December due to “office closures.” Then, only three days before that appointment, I was informed the practice had been bought out and I was no longer in their system. No notice, no transition plan, and no concern for how this would affect a patient who relies on consistent treatment. I spent days trying to get answers. No one provided clear information about my overdue injection. When I finally managed to reschedule, the appointment was cancelled while I was already in the parking lot because they lacked my medical information and did not even have qualified staff available to administer the injection. Absolute joke. Can never get ahold of anyone via call or email. They take forever to call you back. I’ve been having an exacerbation for the past 4 days and my prescriptions are out of refills. I cannot get an answer on when they will be filled. This is not okay for patients with cystic fibrosis. Our medications are what keep us alive. On top of that, they’re extremely disorganized. Every time I’ve had an appt and a member of the care team says they’ll follow up with me, no one ever does. The level of care here is just awful. Unfortunately, there’s nowhere else I can go in this area to treat my very rare diagnosis.

If it was possible, I’d give them less than one star if any at all. How do you recommend another office?

So looking at all the other reviews i was a little nervous about coming here, however.my experience was nothing like what so many have said maybe just lucky. When i first arrived i waited less than five minutes to be called back.i sat in a room for abot 15 minutes before seeing a doctor. My doctor was excellent didnt seem rushed very attentive and seemed to genuinly want the best treatment plan for me. The staff all were nice and professional. Glad i came here .

Dr. Go was seeing my mom while she was in the ICU and he was great!!! We followed up with at his office after she was discharged from the hospital and the experience was horrible. The staff seem to get bothered when you ask them to do their job, get attitude when you call the office, and have an over disgusting demeanor. Save yourself the headache and find a different doctor.
