I'm very grateful to have found Dr George. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and really dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care. Her bedside manner is superb, and she always takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and answer our questions thoroughly. The office staff is friendly and very accommodating. Scheduling appointments is easy, and that means the world when your child is sick. As a parent, it's reassuring to know that my girls are being treated by a physician who genuinely cares about their well-being and provides a higher level of care. I would highly and sincerely recommend!

Dr. Lutz has been my son’s doctor since he was a newborn. She is great, calm and very patience with any questions that I have. The staff is awesome too. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and my son loves interacting with them.

If I could give them zero stars, I would give them zero stars. If you’re looking for any sort of customer service when it comes to the treatment of your child, this is not the office for you. Run away…don’t walk. And this is someone speaking after being here for 10 years, but today’s experience with the staff left me no choice but to leave. I literally just left the office and asked for my sons medical records to go with me and wrote this review in my car. My son has a needle phobia and two nurses tried to physically force him to give them a blood sample instead of allowing me to assist them and getting it done. One of the nurses argued with me yelling in the hallways that I was noncompliant. When the issue is as a healthcare provider you cannot force anyone to do anything it’s consider

We’ve been going here for 6 years with all 3 of our children. Very long wait times and the customer service is nonexistent. If you have any questions about vaccinations they are extremely rude and unwilling to talk about them. Not a place to take your children if you want a sweet and loving place that can give you answers. I am so disappointed by this practice and their unwillingness to talk to patients and families.

I’ve been taking my children here since one was 2, and once was an infant. I have loved this practice, they have always fit us in, always shown care and compassion. My children talk freely with the doctors. We laugh a lot. Dr Lutz, Dawn and Dr Williams are incredibly knowledgable and positive, but honest and well educated. It’s been such a comfort to me to have them care for my children.
