Central Florida Pediatric Urgent Care

While everyone seemed to be friendly that doesn’t make up for lack of care/treatment. Neither the doctor or nurse cared to even ask what was going on with my baby. All they did was rule out the flu and send us on our way with no further answers. I felt unheard and left with even more questions. The PM pediatrics in winter garden is amazing! This location lacked compassion and care.

I will never in life come here again. For one the MA that brought my son back she pronounced my sons name incorrectly and when I corrected her she states “well that’s how it’s spelt” , the front desk person did not update my contact information or pharmacy. The doctor was terrible couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my child ! All she did was rule out the flu… not to mention the MA who pronounced my son name wrong was so rough with my child when swabbing him. She was very rude to my 5 year old. I don’t know if it was because we were black but we didn’t even get a welcome , hi, or bye! I’m so disgusted NEVER AGAIN

Drove her from Lakeland with a referral from my sons pediatrician for Hematology app. And met with a doctor and was given a referral to go to labcorp. I was told the place to do the testing hours are crazy. Soooo what was the point of driving out here 😭

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Central Florida Pediatric Urgent Care, and I must say, the front desk staff completely ruined what should have been a routine visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff was nothing short of rude and condescending. They acted as though I was an inconvenience simply by showing up. I understand that urgent care centers can get busy, but there’s no excuse for the dismissive tone and attitude I received. When I approached the counter, the receptionist barely acknowledged me, then proceeded to talk to me as if I were a burden rather than a patient in need of care. They were short with their responses, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in providing any sort of customer service. I was also taken aback by how impatient and dismissive they

I believe Helen was the provider who saw my daughter this evening. She was honestly amazing. She was upbeat, kind, did a good examination and gave details about what my daughter had going on. She answered all of my questions regarding our visit and two that were not related but still about the child health. She was amazing. Fast, easy, great service. Thank you so much! Most definitely will be back, and I might switch PCP to Hunt Club Peds next door!
