I have been trying to get a refill for my blood pressure medicine. They act like they don't care. It's been 3 weeks I've been out of it. I suppose to have refills on this medicine. This is the worst situation I've ever been in . I'm having to keep praying my blood pressure doesn't kill me while I'm out of my meds. I don't understand why I can't get refills on this medicine. I'm gonna go to the hospital to see if they will give it to me. I really have to find another establishment to go to. Pray for me and hope my blood pressure doesn't kill me trying to get my medicine.

Two stars is still too many to give this place. I've been here numerous times. I've requested durable medical equipment, basic medications And basic services but the organization seems so terrible. I have to physically go to my doctor's office and wait for a receptionist or office manager to make sure that medications and prescriptions are called in weeks after my initial appointment because for whatever reason, either the physician's assistant or the authorizations team does not write in a timely manner. When I call I can talk to a call center and then the clinician or doctor has 72 hours to call me back which rarely happens. Significant other came here a year and a half ago with bad flank pain and vomiting and they said there no way there's a kidney stone and we can't order tests to rule that out, guess what, the emergency room surely thought it was a problem when they found a 7.9 stone and did surgery that day. Now gave them another chance by doing a physical and they can't even do that properly, supposedly don't have access to shot records for adults? What kind of clinic doesn't have access to "Florida shots" website. This place is a huge disappointment and a waste of time. How can you be a doctors office and not be able to do things that a doctor does!?

I became a patient here in June after moving from another state. I have met with Stephanie a good handful of times. One of my important medications ran out of refills from my previous Dr. I reached out to CFHC for a refill on the medication that is in my medical record on a Friday. I waited till Tuesday to reach out again for an update and expedited resolution multiple times. I spoke to numerous call center people and 2 nurses only to have to send my husband to the office for more help. We were then told that Stephanie was out of the office and because she had never specifically prescribed the medication there is nothing they could do. Went as a first time patient , not sure why is was not able to see a doctor but instead I saw a nurse practitioner, when I asked to get medicine for pain she told me to get blood work first which I now it has to be done before they prescribed you meds , then she told me I had to wait 5/6 weeks to be able to get the medicine for pain , she was also rude and didn’t even care I was in pain , I will never come back to this office thank you .
