Central Drug Store

I have lived in Stillwater now for just over a year. Since then I have been using Central Drug because they were recommended by my kids’ doctor across the street. In that time I have come to really admire Chad, Becca, Thea, and the rest of the team (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names). The only thing I don’t like would be sometimes we have a prescription that insurance won’t cover and it’s impossible for them to match the GoodRX price. Keep up the good work guys and being a great example of how customer service and retail sales should be done.

It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued as a customer, but this pharmacy delivers that every single time. You can tell Chad and his team really care about their patients’ well-being. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a true gem in our community! Grateful to have them.

I called in this morning to request a RX refill. I live in Oklahoma City and have been stuck here until the roads thaw out. They lied to me and said that the laws have recently changed and that they cannot refill certain medications if you are more than 50 miles away from your home address. I called my doctor and confirmed this is not true. When I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist (Thea is the pharmacy tech who was instructed to tell me about the “law change”) the pharmacist stated that there was not actually a law, it’s just a “red flag to the DEA” to fill something for someone who is out of town. This is the first time in 3 years I’ve ever encountered this. They will lie to you and make you feel like a drug addict for attempting to fill a prescription, would recommend not

Called in September to have my father's meds transferred. I was told it was done, to find out today it wasn't and that I need the pharmacist from the other drug store to call and have meds moved! I HAVE BEEN MEDICAL MY ENTIRE LIFE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD THIS. Also why wasnt it told to me in September?! I wouldn't recommend doing business here they lack communication.

My sister gets her medications from them and all of her medications are separated according to how the doctor wants my sister to take everyday and when she is supposed to take them.They always have friendly customer service and prompt service.They always meet the customers with a smile and a hello and a ok we will see you later.That is the kind of pharmacy that every customer wants to have and should have.
