I was seeking a second opinion after weeks of dealing with an unclear diagnosis elsewhere and Dr. Wu did not disappoint. She immediately provided a concise diagnosis and gave me instructions that were helpful and clear, all while showing compassion and respect for me as a person. I had such a wonderful experience at Central Dermatology from start to finish. My appointment began with Christina Hantak for an IPL laser treatment to address cherry angiomas and broken capillaries, and she was truly a joy to work with. Christina is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, offering thoughtful insight and answering all of my (many) questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, and I left feeling informed, confident, and well cared for. I left this appointment feeling disappointed. I scheduled the visit to discuss both skincare and hair concerns, but I was told there wasn’t time to address the hair issue even though it was one of the reasons I made the appointment. The skincare portion also felt very rushed. The dermatologist took a quick look but didn’t really give me the chance to ask questions or have a meaningful discussion about treatment options. The interaction wasn’t necessarily rude, but it felt cold and impersonal, like the goal was to move through the appointment as quickly as possible. Compared to other medical offices I’ve been to where doctors take time to explain things and make patients feel comfortable, this experience felt much less welcoming. I really liked Catherine Wade…she made me feel very comfortable and listened to my view of what I find annoying and would like removed! LOL it’s hard and I know that my view may not even be mainstream but Catherine heard me. It created trust in my first meeting! That hugely increases my decision to do repeat business. Not saying that I’m into anything outside of normal but some things are more upsetting to me and I see them every day!

Everyone was so positive and wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go there ..Dr. Hardin did a marvelous job. Desiree was the best nurse . I wish I was close friends with her. If she ever needs to talk please give her my no.so much in common.❤️❤️
